Paul Kemble
Paul has 25 years experience in the IT industry, 10 years delivering and integrating IT within construction and operational environments. As a Director of Project-Focus, he has successfully and confidently delivered outcomes for many blue chip organisations including Heathrow Airport, British Airways, BBC, KPMG, Siemens Business Services and Hitachi Europe, providing tailored project and programme management solutions and programme controls.

Tim Richards
Tim has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, 10 years working for a blue chip consultancy representing major banks, retailers and property firms. For the last 10 years Tim has been working in Project-focus delivering project controls expertise in budget setting and providing value for money on major capital projects in the U.K.
